Every event results in a new status code, and a new action is initiated by the system at the proper time. You can add your own status codes and corresponding actions. Examples: These business rules determine when to call back at "no connection" and when after a "busy". But also after sending for example an email with information, the system can be set such that a telephone call is initiated after e.g. 3 days. There is no end if you don't want to. So this is very good for LEAD GENERATION and CLOSED LOOP MARKETING. |
